Information submitted for card repair/evaluation is not held outside of the email thread but is held within the email until the email provider deletes it. All texts are deleted with 24 hours, 

Purpose of collecting data
I do not store or collect any data outside of what is necessary to complete what you pay me to do. Out of the information that is collected I do not sell it, give it away, share it with anyone.
